TREND TALK: DRESS OVER TROUSERS

One of the biggest fashion trends for the Spring/Summer 13-14 seasons for ladies has been wearing a dress over trousers. Although this trend has been very polarizing, if worn in person, it can look really good. The look is very 70 inspired, and is fairly flattering. Also, ladies don't have to worry about shaving there legs while wearing dresses (just kidding). Personally I say it is a fashion win, but if you think so otherwise let me know!
